Respite care gives carers time to rest while the people they support continue to receive consistent, professional care in a comfortable setting. At Ultimate 24/7 Care, we offer flexible respite options designed around individual needs, including in-home support, centre-based programmes, short breaks, and overnight or weekend stays.
Respite Care Options
In-Home Respite
Support comes to you. Our carers visit the participant at home, maintaining their usual routine in a familiar environment. In-home respite works well for participants who prefer consistency and for families who need flexible, short-notice support.
Centre-Based Respite
Participants spend time at one of our supported activity centres, where they can socialise, take part in structured activities, and connect with others. Centre-based respite is a positive change of scene that many participants genuinely look forward to.
Short Breaks
Planned short breaks away from the home environment, lasting from a few hours to a few days. Short breaks give participants the chance to experience new settings and activities, while giving carers a proper opportunity to rest.
Overnight & Weekend Stays
For carers who need extended time away, we provide overnight and weekend respite in a safe, staffed setting. Participants are supported around the clock by experienced care workers who follow their individual care plan.
